Rental fee
Depending on the value and repair requirements of the game, between CHF 1 and CHF 20
Annual fee for e-games
CHF 46 Annual subscription
CHF 25 Half-yearly subscription
3 games per loan, no loan fee is charged for the games
Voucher
You can give your loved ones a voucher or an annual subscription to the toy library.
Rental period
The rental period is 4 weeks. An extension is possible if requested in good time and will be charged as a new rental. You can do this in person, by e-mail or via our homepage in the customer login area and by telephone. Your customer login details can be found at the bottom of your rental receipt.
Any defects or missing parts must be reported to us within one week. Email, website, answering machine. Batteries must be provided by the customer.
Late Returns
Late returns
If the games are not returned on time, we will charge 100% of the game fees plus additional reminder fees of:

After the third reminder, the games will be collected and an additional charge of Fr. 30.- will be made.
Damages
Damage
Please take care of the toys you borrow.
Before returning them, make sure that the games are complete, tidy and clean. Normal wear and tear is to be expected. Thank you!
Any defects must be reported to us within one week (e-mail, website, telephone).
A cleaning fee of Fr. 5.- will be charged for dirty toys and Fr. 10.- to Fr. 20.- for defective pneumatic tyres.
For incomplete games, Fr. 3.- will be charged per missing part. (The fee will be refunded if the missing part is returned.) Damaged or lost games will be charged proportionally based on their replacement value.
